WETSUIT RENTAL AGREEMENT

-Rental suits are BLUESEVENTY Reaction suits

-Rental period extends from 6pm Thursday until 6pm Tuesday

-Wetsuit must be picked up by 6pm Thursday

-Wetsuit must be returned by 6pm the following Tuesday

-$75 non-refundable rental fee per rental period (regardless of day of return) charged upon wetsuit pick up

-$10 late fee for each 24 hrs up to 6pm the first Thursday following rental period, then $75 for next rental period (6pm Thurs-6pm Tues)

-Hold for full price of wetsuit on credit card until return

-Rental fee can be put to price of suit for purchase up to two weeks following agreed upon return date

-Damaged suits will be charged full price

-Signatures acknowledge agreement to conditions
